Returns & Exchanges

At Card Empire, we want you to be completely satisfied with your premium fashion purchases. If your items aren't a perfect fit, we offer a 30-day window for returns and exchanges on all unworn merchandise.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into our online portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Package Your Items

  Place the original items with all designer tags attached back into the original shipping box or a secure mailing bag.

• 3.
  Print and Attach Label

  Download your prepaid shipping label from our portal, print it out, and securely affix it to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Take your package to the nearest authorized carrier location and keep your receipt to track the progress of your refund or replacement.
